If you send us a watch for a Quote or Estimate, we will charge you £15.00 for the return Royal Mail "Special Delivery" postage and packing.
Plus £15.00 for the inspection. Total £30.00 if you do not accept the Service of the watch, at the fixed price.
If we cannot repair your watch, due to not being able to get a part, we will return it with a full refund.
Providing it is not salt water damaged or physically damaged by someone trying to repair it, or been left for over a year with a flat battery in it, in which case the above charges would apply.
