Seiko SQ50 or 50M or 5 BAR means "Seiko Quartz Water resistant for Skin Diving Only (maximum)"

There are thousands of Seiko SQ50 and 50M watch models (SQ = Seiko Quartz).

If it doesn't say Chronograph, Kinetic or Automatic on the dial, then it will be a normal Quartz watch Quartz

Otherwise please look down the "Ordered List" for the calibre number that is on the rear case.
