Your Seiko watch was guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months

Your watch will be treated as a priority and fast tracked through our service department to be rectified.

If the defect is a result of accidental damage, it is not covered by the guarantee, but you will only be charged a minimum to cover our costs.
The date of guarantee starts when the watch has been fully serviced and tested. The date can be found on the paperwork sent back with the watch when serviced.
