If the defect is a result of accidental damage, it is not covered by the guarantee, but you will only be charged a minimum to cover our costs.
The date of guarantee starts when the watch has been fully serviced and tested. The date can be found on the paperwork sent back with the watch when serviced.
If it is a Kinetic watch, it might be that it is not being moved sufficiently to keep it charged.
