Seiko SQ200 or 200M or 20 BAR means "Seiko Quartz Water resistant for Skin Diving Only (maximum)"

Sorry we are unable to test Proper Divers Watches with a pressure greater than 20 BAR as they require a tester that costs over £6,000

There are thousands of Seiko SQ200 and 200M watch models (SQ = Seiko Quartz).

If it doesn't say Chronograph, Kinetic or Automatic on the dial, then it will be a normal Quartz watch Quartz

Otherwise please look down the "Ordered List" for the calibre number that is on the rear case.
