Secure Posting

We do not accept or return watches to the EU or international, only to the UK and the Isle of Man.

All watches MUST be sent by Royal Mail "Special Delivery" you are then insured for up to £500. The cost is about £7.50
It is a very good service, they have never damaged or lost a watch.

We always return watches by Signed for Insured "Special Delivery".

Wrap your watch in something to protect the glass from getting scratched and the packing from getting ripped by the bracelet.

Post in a small box or Jiffy bag with at least your Name and Address on the inside and outside. Do NOT mention Watch on the outside.

If it is an expensive watch, take a photo or video of the packing.

Do not use your presentation box as no packing is returned.

We will inspect your watch and email you, as soon as we have received both your payment and watch.
